Login screen will be much better in Altair

The login screen in Altair has suffered a big change from the Antares one. Now after the boot, we will see a cool blue screen with a big Welcome sign, new features and the new user organization; now they're positioned horizontally with the photo above the name. When we click on a user, it goes big and shows us the password box.

New features:
- Better interface, the biggest change of the login screen has been the interface, now it has a better design, a new font style and very cool backgrounds.

- Language menu, in where we can select from 3 different languages for the OS (English, Spanish and Portuguese).

- Main menu, for shutdown or restart the PC.
